60 second TRICKS of the TRADE/ SCREEN REPAIR/ GOING FROM METAL MESH TO FIBERGLASS. When going from metal mesh to fiberglass mesh your screen frame spline channel might be too wide for the thin fiberglass. In this case, just pinch the channel to give it a little snugness.
Why not just get thicker spline? Because I do these in about five minutes as AN UPSELL. I don't waste any time on Items that are not quick and predictable.
